Core Studio offers a variety of classes, including Pilates Equipment Based Classes and Pilates Fusion, designed to enhance your strength and flexibility.

CORE Foundations

Perfect for those new to Pilates or returning after time away, this foundational Reformer class at our Core Studio introduces essential movements in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. With an Intermediate pace and a focus on Pilates principles, CORE Basics builds strength, improves posture, and promotes body awareness. Our Pilates Equipment Based Classes offer modifications that make it accessible for all levels, while experienced participants can refine their technique and alignment. Additionally, this class seamlessly integrates elements of Pilates Fusion for a well-rounded experience. Level: Basics

CORE Focus

Strengthen your center and deepen your practice in our Core Studio with intentional, controlled movements that build stability and postural awareness. This class targets deep core muscles, improves spinal alignment, and enhances muscular endurance, making it ideal for those interested in Pilates Equipment Based Classes. Exercises are slower-paced, emphasizing technique and mindful movement, perfect for those wanting to refine fundamentals or build a strong foundation in Pilates Fusion.

CORE Flow

Move with energy and intention in this dynamic, full-body workout at our Core Studio. CORE Flow blends classical and contemporary Reformer sequences with an emphasis on breath, flow, and control. Through our Pilates equipment based classes, you'll improve mobility, core strength, and muscle engagement with creative transitions and thoughtful sequencing. Leave class feeling longer, stronger, and deeply connected to your body. Experience the best of Pilates fusion in this intermediate-level class.

CORE Cardio

Boost your heart rate without taxing your joints in this high-energy, low-impact class at our Core Studio, utilizing the Jumpboard on the Reformer. Expect quick transitions, functional movement, and a variety of exercises designed to enhance endurance, coordination, and strength—all while supporting bone density. This Pilates Equipment Based Class offers a full-body cardio experience that will make you sweat and smile! Join us for a Pilates Fusion that caters to levels from Basics to Intermediate, although prior Reformer experience is recommended.

CORE Tower

Elevate your Pilates experience at our Core Studio using the Tower to challenge coordination, flexibility, and spinal mobility. This full-body workout incorporates resistance training into classical Mat and Reformer exercises, ideal for our Pilates Equipment Based Classes. Explore classic moves with a twist, from feet-in-straps to standing arm work, all while enhancing symmetry and alignment in a Pilates Fusion style.

CORE Power

Get ready to power up your Pilates at our Core Studio! Designed for experienced clients, this fast-paced Reformer class incorporates advanced movements and seamless transitions. CORE Circuits

Experience a high-energy interval class at our Core Studio, combining the Reformer, Chair, Springboard, and small props like weights and bands. This HIIT-inspired Pilates Fusion session rotates you through stations, targeting every major muscle group while enhancing cardiovascular fitness. Expect variety, challenge, and plenty of sweat as you engage in these Pilates Equipment Based Classes! Level: Intermediate to Proficient

Discover the benefits of Functional Training & Pilates Fusion in our Core Studio, where we offer Pilates Equipment Based Classes that seamlessly integrate various techniques for a well-rounded fitness experience.

CORE Pilates Mat

A full-body Pilates mat class focused on core strength, flexibility, posture, and controlled movement using classical Pilates principles. Expect intentional exercises that improve stability, alignment, and mind-body connection through low-impact movement on the mat. Perfect for building a strong foundation or deepening your practice.

CORE Chair/Mat

A dynamic Pilates class combining traditional mat work with the Pilates Chair for added resistance, balance, and strength training. This full-body workout focuses on core stability, posture, coordination, and controlled movement while incorporating both classical and contemporary Pilates exercises.

CORE Barre/Mat

Experience a dynamic fusion of Pilates Mat and Barre exercises at our Core Studio that tones, lengthens, and strengthens the entire body. This Pilates Fusion class enhances posture, flexibility, and endurance using small props, bodyweight, and ballet-inspired movements.

CORE Sculpt

A full-body mat workout inspired by Pilates principles, designed to build strength, endurance, and stability through controlled, intentional movement. While not a traditional Pilates class, Sculpt incorporates functional training using a variety of equipment, including Bala rings, resistance bands, weights, sliders, and more for a dynamic, low-impact burn. Expect energizing sequences that leave you feeling strong, challenged, and empowered.

CORE Strong

Build strength from head to toe in this functional training class at our Core Studio, where we utilize weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to effectively target key areas such as arms, glutes, and legs. Experience variety and balance as you rotate through our 'CORE Arms, CORE Legs, and CORE Booty' formats, incorporating elements from Pilates Equipment Based Classes and Pilates Fusion.

CORE Intervals

A 30-minute high-energy HIIT-style class designed to elevate your heart rate through cardio-focused intervals and functional movement. Using the step and dynamic full-body exercises, expect fast-paced circuits that improve endurance, coordination, agility, and cardiovascular fitness. A great workout before or after your Pilates class. Sneakers recommended.

CORE Refine & Align

A yoga-inspired class at our Core Studio, focused on posture, precision, and intentional movement. This class is designed to improve alignment, mobility, and body awareness through slow, controlled transitions and breathwork. Ideal for those seeking to build strength, stability, and mindful flow, it seamlessly integrates elements of Pilates Fusion. Perfect for participants of all levels, with modifications offered to suit individual needs, including those in our Pilates Equipment Based Classes.

Modifications are always offered, and safety is a top priority, especially in our Pilates Fusion sessions.

These classes emphasize flow, endurance, and increased core strength while maintaining strong technique and alignment, perfect for those looking to explore Pilates Fusion.

Our proficient Pilates equipment-based classes at the Core Studio are designed to challenge even the most seasoned clients. Clients should be able to self-modify when needed and maintain control under load, tempo, and intensity, making it perfect for those looking to enhance their Pilates fusion experience.
